About the CATE Awards
The Central Coast Career & Transition Award is open to every student to participate.
Students achieve the award by participating in a variety of Career Building activities including:

- Quizzes (see 'career building quizzes')
- Research (see 'career building research')
- Conversations and interviews (at school, at home, with friends, reverse interviews, group interviews, mock interviews)
- Exposures (industry visits & excursions,work experience, work placement, casual employment)
- Documentary Preparation (Unique Student Identifier, Tax File Number, bank account, resume, cover letter, portfolio)

Collect your portfolio folder from Ms Nagy from 24 March 2023
Work your way through the careers website, attend excursions and events, reflect on your school experiences
Submit your portfolio by Friday 26 November 2023 to Ms Nagy
Awards will be issued Early Term 1 2024
